Please join us for the next ASHRAE-Willamette Valley Section meeting on Monday, March 11th. Welcome social starts at 5:30 pm followed by a buffet dinner and presentation on Executing Design-Build Projects. This presentation will address some of the ideas, issues and concerns that arise in the D|B execution model that differ from traditional design or construction and differ for the owner as well. Scope, quality, cost and schedule control are key items which will be addressed in the program. The value of ‘selling’ the service is only maintained if there is value in the delivery as well.
